距离上一次写日记已经过去了5天，时间过的真的很快，有到了周日，这个周末我过的很充实，剪了头发，把自己的旧手机卖给了另外一位需要它的人，也去办理了新的护照，在中国护照的有效期是10年，也就是说距离我办护照已经过去10年了啊，时间过的真的好快，当初办理护照的我未曾想到，在护照的最后两年才用它去了3次日本。之前办理新护照的时候，还和家人感慨，如果下一次办理的话，我们都是40多岁的人了，有一种奇妙的时间感。

对了，我这周终于有遵医嘱保持了运动150分钟以上！我可真棒哈哈哈哈哈~

It's already been five days since I last wrote in my diary – time truly flies! And here we are again, Sunday. This weekend was really fulfilling for me: I got a haircut, sold my old phone to someone who needed it, and even applied for a new passport. In China, passports are valid for 10 years, which means it's already been a whole decade since I first got mine. Time passes so incredibly fast! When I first got that passport, I never would have imagined that I'd only use it to visit Japan three times in its final two years. When applying for the new one, I even mused with my family that by the time we apply for the next one, we'll all be in our forties. There's a strange sense of time that comes with that thought.

Oh, and by the way, this week I finally followed the doctor's advice and exercised for over 150 minutes! I'm so proud of myself, hahahahaha~

前回日記を書いてからもう5日も経ったんだ、時間って本当にあっという間だね。そして、また日曜日が来た。この週末はすごく充実してたよ。髪を切って、古い携帯は必要としてる別の人に売って、新しいパスポートも申請してきたんだ。中国のパスポートって有効期限が10年なんだけど、つまり私が最初にパスポートを作ってからもう10年も経ったってことだよね。時間が経つのって本当に早いなぁ。あの時パスポートを作った私は、まさか有効期限の最後の2年でやっと日本に3回行くことになるなんて、全然想像してなかったよ。新しいパスポートを申請する時、家族と「次パスポートを更新する頃には、私たちもみんな40代になってるね」って話してて、なんだか不思議な時間の感覚があったんだ。

そうそう、今週はついに医者から言われてた通り、150分以上の運動を達成できたよ！私って本当にすごい、ははははは〜
